About the Role

Description:

The Coordinated Entry Navigator is responsible for linking young adults, ages 18-24, who are at risk for or experiencing

homelessness to appropriate services and housing programs within Snohomish County. Based out of the Young Adult Housing

department, the Navigators perform case management and resource connection for young adults experiencing homeless and

enrolled in Snohomish Countys Coordinated Entry (CE) system.

This includes helping young adults to enroll in Coordinated Entry system, in addition to other outreach and engagement
