Food Preparation and Serving

Position Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals for their assigned station in accordance with planned

menus, diet plans, recipes, and portion and temperature control procedures. This role works closely with the Dietary

Manager and Sous Chef to ensure consistent food quality, safety, and timely meal service. There will be an upcoming

internal and/or external opportunity to fill a Sous Chef position for qualified candidates.
