A person that is a team player with good people and communication skills. A person in this role needs to be highly
organized and able to think critically. This person needs to be good at providing training and motivating their team. A
positive attitude and work ethic is required with a “can do” attitude. To assist chefs in the kitchen, contributing to
the overall success of outlets and events, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
