About the Role

CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

The Control Room Operator's position involves monitoring and operating plant equipment including the production and peel

lines. Responsibilities include maximizing production output while keeping the product within specifications and

maintaining high quality by closely working with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance department. You will

monitor the computer system controlling the plant machinery and make adjustments as required from the central control

room. Will identify any maintenance needs on the production and peel lines and communicate this to the Shift Manager
