CONTRACT RECRUITER
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to
support high-volume hiring. This individual will focus primarily on sourcing and hiring production-floor talent such as
machine operators, assemblers, and other hands-on roles.
This role will support the full recruiting cycle for manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate brings prior
recruiting experience, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to finding quality candidates.
