Job Description
* Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work
* Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges
* Research and obtain budgetary estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
* Prepare detailed cost estimates that include material costs, labor costs, equipment rentals, permits, and overhead
* Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process
