Construction Manager
About the Role
Construction Manager, Colorado Springs, CO: Utilizing our softwares to communicate and coordinate all construction
efforts are per approved plans, are on schedule and are being managed within our Standard operating procedures. Include
some skilled labor as needed.
Once at the job sites the CM will be required to accurately inventory building materials delivered to the site and
provide reports to the office via our project management software. Job site visits will also require that quality
control inspections are made and that reports are distributed to installation subcontractors. Follow up on reports to
