What You Can Expect

As our Construction Management Senior at The University of Iowa you will have the critical leadership role of managing

safe, efficient, and high-quality construction projects across the University of Iowa Campus. These projects advance the

University's energy and utility infrastructure and are located on the Main and Oakdale campuses, including the

University Hospital.

This position supports a 50-year concession agreement to operate, maintain and enhance the University of Iowa's utility
