Stephens & Smith Construction Specialty Products Division is currently seeking a full-time dynamic and motivated Field
Personnel to join our team. Field Personnel has responsibility for training in material installation procedures, working
on floors, patching floors, loading equipment, spraying floors, coating installations, jobsite cleanup, equipment care,
meeting deadlines, loading material into mixers, skid loader operating, operating hand tools and/or grinders,
