Concessions Lead Cook
About the Role
The Concessions Lead Cook is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising
concessions grill cooks and supporting the concessions kitchen/ back of house operations. They will assign tasks and
delegate responsibilities and will monitor grill cooks as they prepare and cook food to serve from Sodexo Live!’s menu.
Their top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
They will circulate throughout assigned locations within the venue’s levels, decks and concourses to monitor service
within mobile stands and/or permanent stand fixtures. They are responsible for guiding other Culinary staff members to
