Our Coating Assistant supports Mativ’s Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Function. This individual will perform the
operations required to set up and operate the coating machines by applying specific adhesive to a variety of release
liners and substrates. Operators in this classification are responsible for the full set-up and operation of the coating
