About the Role

Elevate Academy is a co-ed, residential treatment program for adolescents, specializing in trauma, mood disorders,

adoption and attachment issues, and similar diagnoses. Students in Elevate Academy have faced adverse experiences that

have negatively impacted their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. We strive to build our students' confidence

and resiliency, and then empower them to build on those foundations to take charge of a thriving future!

Elevate Academy Coaches work directly with our students, as they provide supervised support and mentoring to guide the

students in a forward, therapeutic progression. They assist the students to learn how to self-regulate and implement the
