ARCH - Minneapolis is looking for a CNC Milling Machine Lead to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to
coach and develop other machinist while still being hands on as a working lead this may be the next career for you!
In this role you will focus on determining work assignments and resolving issues for the team, train other machinists,
provide leadership to inexperienced machinists, maintenance requests, safety incident reporting, manage production
schedule and machine high-quality parts on a timely basis to meet customer demands and at times performing set-ups,
