About the Role

Job Summary:

The 2 nd Shift Production Supervisor leads a multi-department team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators, in a high mix

/ low volume aerospace component manufacturing environment. This role is expected to balance expertise in set-up and

operation of CNC machining for precision tolerance components, along with strong interpersonal skills to motivate the

team to work toward common goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day priorities for

multiple departments, cross-training staff on best practices to meet set-up and production run-times, optimizing
