WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
You arrive, review drawings, pull materials, and stage them for smooth flow. You set up and operate Haas equipment and
the other machines in the cell, keeping productivity and quality high. Throughout the shift you document processes,
coach junior mechanics, and keep the team aligned on safety and metrics. When leadership is away, you step up and guide
the work to plan.
