About the Role

NURSING ASSISTANT POSITION

Performs tasks as delegated and indicated on the care plan for assigned patients under the supervision of a registered

nurse. The Nursing Assistant (NA) will understand the basic elements of body functioning. Understands the physical and

emotional changes including those which occur in the death and dying process. Delivers age appropriate care related to

the physical and psychological needs of the patient per care plan. Assists patients in daily living activities such as

dressing and undressing, bathing and eating. Good interpersonal skills, be courteous and caring. Must know medical
