PATIENT CARE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Greet, instruct, and direct patients and visitors. Register new patients and schedule existing patients, receive all

co-payments/ payments, and issue receipts. Serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff, and process

medical records requests. Float to other clinics as needed.
