What You Will Be Doing
Primary administrator and adjudicator for General Liability and Property loss claims and is oversight supervisor for
Tort claims handled by the Assistant Attorney’s General (AAG) working in the Department of Law.
Communicates with potential claimants, state agencies, and insurers for the purpose of resolving claims.. Uses
investigative skills and knowledge to complete liability investigations, evaluates settlement values and negotiates
