POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership, structure, and
decision support to ownership. The CFO will serve as a trusted thought partner to ownership, bringing clarity to
financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping prioritize initiatives that drive profitability,
cash flow, and long‑term growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for a pragmatic operator who can both set
strategy and ensure execution.
