About the Role
The Operations Manager (Central Kitchen) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Plain
Vanilla’s Central Kitchen (CK) operations. This includes overseeing facilities and maintenance, managing order
fulfilment processes, supervising logistics, and ensuring food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The goal is
to create an efficient, safe, and pleasant working environment that supports day-to-day operations and scales with the
company’s growth.
