Pay is based on number of trips with a $250 minimum daily pay. Average annual earnings of $73,000-$90,000. Sunday
Thursday, start time around 5:00 PM (10-12 hour routes). Dispatch from 3721 O'Hara Road in Erlanger, KY. Doubles
