About the Role
Reports to: Property Manager
Summary
Caretakers are integral to the success of our communities and play a key role in maintaining high levels of guest and
resident satisfaction. Caretakers are largely responsible for “first impressions” by keeping all interior and exterior
common areas and available units of the community clean, pleasant and well maintained. The Caretaker II is responsible
for cleaning and up keeping the community’s pool/boiler.
