Caregiver Team Lead

About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Team Lead will help deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. This role is a hybrid of a caregiver

and a supervisor, providing direct care while also serving as a mentor, a resource, and a quality control point for a

specific group of caregivers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced caregiver with strong leadership skills and a

passion for helping others succeed. They are expected to be in the office no more than 10 hours per week and carry their

own case load. Team Leads will need to rotate an On-call Schedule to be able to fill-in call outs.
