Caregiver/ Direct Support Professional

About the Role

This is not a typical caregiving job!

Residential Resources is seeking direct care/Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals diagnosed with

intellectual/developmental disabilities living in our staffed residences.

Supports are primarily provided in the individual’s home and focus on active engagement, relationship building, and

meaningful interaction. From shared daily routines to community activities, staff are encouraged to participate

alongside the individuals they support to help the person live a meaningful life.
