BAR PORTER

The Bar Porter is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the bar. The position requires maintaining stock, removal

of waste, and general cleaning duties as required. Bar Porters may fill in as Bartenders when needed. The Bar Porter

should have a guest service mentality, be neat and clean in appearance, and have good communication skills. In addition,

the Bar Porter must be able to work under extreme pressure.
