Job Description
We are a growing FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) seeking an experienced Business Contact (BC) /
Operations Manager to lead our Huntsville, AL operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven FedEx operator who knows how to run daily dispatch, manage drivers,
oversee fleet operations, and maintain strong relationships with FedEx station leadership. The right candidate will have
direct experience in FedEx Ground operations and be ready to take full ownership of performance, safety, and service.
