About the Role

JOB SUMMARY

This position reports to the Manager Operations (Service Delivery) and is responsible for blocking, run cutting, vehicle

assignments, schedule making, scheduling material, analyzing vehicle hours and peak vehicles for multimodal transit

utilizing scheduling software. The position assists with the implementation of scheduling software and software

upgrades. The position prioritizes and produces schedule revisions and ensures adequate running times, recoveries and

break periods. The position performs service delivery investigations and conducts interviews with employees related to
