About the Role
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for building and property maintenance, clearing debris and
refurbishing the building components to ensure quality guest experience.
Duties:
* Performs routine inspections and repairs to all areas of the property.
* Respond promptly to all aspects of hotel construction maintenance to include paint, carpentry, wallpaper, tile and
marble, plumbing, electrical, and hotel rooms and halls.
