BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH

If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping facilities safe, efficient, and operational, this is your

opportunity to grow with the World's Largest Commercial Real Estate Co. As a CBRE Building Maintenance Tech, you will be

involved in maintaining and repairing building systems including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, fire safety,

etc. You will ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards. This role will support preventive

maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections onsite at one of our client's 17 Healthcare locations in New Mexico.
