About the Role
DESCRIPTION
The Branch Manager will report to the Sr. Regional Operations Manager or Director, Operations. Controls driving the
overall performance and operations for a large size branch. The position is responsible for ensuring the branch operates
in a manner consistent with current processes and policies and that it meets or exceeds 5-Star criteria along with its
planned profitability, sales, and customer service levels. The Branch Manager interacts with all levels of staff within
RBA and is responsible for maintaining an engaged, safe, and positive work environment by managing and mentoring staff.
