Job description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention

plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism

spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides

clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other

professionals to support clients' needs.
