About the Role
Position Overview
To support the Summit Bechtel Reserve through exceptional facility care, logistical coordination, and residential
services that enable safe, clean, and welcoming environments for all programs, participants, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise Base Camp staff and assign daily tasks for cleaning, prep, and operations
* Maintain supply inventory and report shortages to the Base Camp Director
