About the Role

divh2Baker Bread/h2pThe Bread Baker is responsible for helping oversee the production of Peppermill bread products. This

includes, but is not limited to, breads, rolls, focaccia and seasonal items./ppMinimum/Preferred Requirements:/pulliMust

be at least 18 years of age./liliHigh School diploma or G.E.D., culinary apprenticeship or culinary school

graduate./liliFour or more years in high volume bakery production in Hotel/Casino, Restaurant, or Bakery is

preferred./liliExperience with pre-ferments and a spiral mixer is preferred./liliAbility to stand throughout a shift or

for extended periods of time./liliMust be able to read/understand English and communicate with co-workers./li/ulpJob
