About the Role

Connectivity Point is currently seeking a fulltime AV Technician . The AV Technician is responsible for installing,

troubleshooting, and supporting commercial audiovisual and control systems. This role completes all phases of AV

installations and provides exceptional customer support during onsite visits. The technician diagnoses technical issues,

escalates when appropriate, and determines effective solutions to ensure systems operate as designed.

This position requires advanced technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, including networking, audio, video, control

hardware, and associated software. Work is primarily performed at customer facilities and requires professionalism,
