About the Role
The Manager in Training will travel to several Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts stores in the area while training to become
Store Manager. Some of the job duties include management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and
personnel work. The incumbent also provides over-the-counter direct sales to customers, make deliveries, process orders
either in person or over the phone and support the overall success of store operations through promotion of sales
