About the Role
The Counter Sales Level 3 provides friendly and courteous over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders
in-person and by phone, and supports the overall performance of the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store operations. This
is driven by an energetic focus and promotion of sales programs as well as customer and team-oriented activities.
Incentives may be available for their Sales activities, which can cover aftermarket automotive replacement parts, and
may include the sale of heavy-duty parts, auto and industrial paint, and body shop supplies and equipment. Will serve as
mentor and provide direction to new and/or junior Counter Salesperson and/or Delivery Driver. Utilizes reasoning
