ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR

Production supervisor leads and oversees assembly personnel. They split their time between office and manufacturing

floor where they manage schedules and oversee production reporting activities. Production supervisor ensures that the

production environment is safe for employees by conducting safety training and inspections. They are responsible for

onboarding and training new employees. This front line supervisory role requires technical expertise in mechanical and

electrical assembly experience and familiarity with best practices in production.
