an Administrative Assistant, we want to hear from you. APPLY TODAY! GOOD TO KNOW: Full timeposition Monday to Friday -
40 hour work week A DAY IN THE LIFE: Managea variety of documentation requirements including site specific
correspondence. Respondto internal and external inquiries in a professional manner. Performsite/project specific
accounts payable functions. Ensure all timesheets, payroll issues, and updating is performed on a daily basis.
Prepareshipping and courier documents. Coordinatereceipt and processing of submittals from sub-contractors or vendors.
