appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the position: This position performs

technical appraisal and review functions for real estate acquisitions, disposals, and relocations. The work supports

major flood control and navigation projects, ensuring compliance with federal standards and providing expert valuation

guidance to stakeholders.
