About the Role
AMBASSADOR POSITION AT NORTH MISSISSIPPI HEALTH SERVICES
The Ambassador at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for managing and optimizing patient and visitor
transport, including wheelchairs, stretchers, and other means of transport. This role collaborates with the Shift
Supervisor and serves a vital patient-facing role, utilizing strong communication and organization skills to engage with
a diverse array of people, document and track all requests for transport service, and monitor transport equipment to
ensure smooth and timely transportation.
