with the Hawai’i Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) Kaua’i Region serving as its sole member. The HHSC Kaua’i Region
encompasses Kaua’i Veterans Memorial Hospital (KVMH), Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital (SMMH), and the Kaua’i Region
