Our department is growing! Enjoy a collaborative team-based approach with small caseloads? Waypoint is seeking a
skilled, motivated, and highly organized professional to join our growing Adult Case Management team to provide services
throughout the Western Maine area. Case Managers provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities/autism and
their families; serving as an advocate, ensuring choice and satisfaction with services, and monitoring the individual's
health and safety. Our home office for Adult Case Management is located in our Oxford, Maine location; this is a hybrid
