BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

* High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years additional education and/or related experience; Apprentice graduate/

Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience. May require certification.
