About the Role
WELDER
You will be working in a custom metal fabrication to complete a variety of projects on a daily basis. Due to the custom
fabrication shop environment, projects include components for commercial construction, custom platforms, machinery
stands, components for heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, attachments, and much more. You will be working from
blueprints to complete projects primarily using MIG and FCAW processes on structural steel materials. Steel thickness
varies from 1/4" to several inches. On occasion, TIG projects could enter the shop as well (no experience required with
