1st Shift Mechanic

About the Role

JOB TITLE

Maintains and services mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. Performs skilled repair services of mechanical,

electrical, and building systems and equipment. The Mechanic Level 2 is proficient in specific areas of discipline and

works under moderate supervision with responsibility for daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep and repairs of equipment and

facility in a 24 hour a day 7 day a week bakery.
